Acceptance
By creating an account or placing an order on fenomen.life, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Fenomen.
The service
Fenomen provides social media growth services — likes, views, followers, subscribers, plays — delivered to public profiles and posts on supported platforms. Available services, quantities, and pricing are listed in your dashboard and may change without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we suspect of fraud, or that are used to harass or harm others.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fenomen to: violate the terms of any third-party platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.); harass, defame, or threaten any person; promote illegal content; place orders against accounts you do not own or have permission to grow; resell or redistribute our services without prior written agreement. Violating accounts will be suspended without refund.
Payments and refunds
Balance top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. Funds added to your balance are non-refundable except where required by law. Specific completed orders are non-refundable. If an order fails to deliver, we will refund the balance used for that order or attempt redelivery, at our discretion. Refill guarantees apply per service and are documented in your dashboard.
Disclaimers
Fenomen is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that orders will achieve any specific business or social outcome. We do not control the third-party platforms our services target — if a platform changes its policies or removes content, that is outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenomen disclaims all implied warranties.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
